Online Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy
- In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances
- Fee refunds may be considered in cases where multiple payments have been made for the same service.
- A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure and the Institution is not able provide softcopy of the Fee Invoice.
- Transaction Fees charged at the time of transaction are non-refundable at any time.
- If a refund request is accepted by DIITAL EDUCATION LLP, the refund will be processed and credited within 15 days.
Note: At the time of online payment, it is important for candidates to note down the transaction number. It is always important to time of asking for any kind of refund and for future help and cooperation.
No fee is refunded in the following cases
- If any candidate fails to qualify or does not follow any of the regulations specified by the institution in the Student Guidelines and Students Declaration Form at any stage of the admission process or course delivery, his/her admission will be cancelled.
- If the students admission is canceled or terminated on any ground
- In all matters relating to admission, the decision of DIITAL EDUCATION LLP shall be final and binding on all candidates. With respect to the interpretation of the terms of any matter not covered by this page, DIITAL EDUCATION LLPs decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
